If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact ph711 support immediately.

In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering regulations, ph711 requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation must include:

Players may deposit and play while KYC is pending. ph711 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit is ₱100. ph711 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
ph711 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits originating from unverified or mismatched accounts may be returned and the relevant ph711 account investigated.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
ph711 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request, particularly for high-value withdrawals or accounts flagged for unusual activity. Withdrawal processing may be suspended pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breaches of these Terms.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or wagering activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. ph711 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of ₱200 per month to inactive account balances following written notice to the registered email or mobile number associated with the account.
All bonuses and promotional offers available on ph711 are subject to individual promotion terms, including wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion in the ph711 promotions section and take precedence over these general Terms where they address the same matter.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to a ph711 account carry a wagering requirement of twenty times (20×) the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within seven (7) calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at expiry are forfeited without compensation.
ph711 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee fulfilment of wagering requirements without material risk; exploitation of promotional terms using multiple accounts; and systematic exploitation of game mechanics in ways inconsistent with recreational gambling. Where bonus abuse is identified, ph711 reserves the right to void bonus funds, void associated winnings, and suspend the relevant account.
ph711 welcomes players who genuinely enjoy bonuses as part of their entertainment. These provisions target systematic exploitation, not normal recreational gameplay.
ph711 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time, including where a promotion has been miscommunicated, published in error, or is being exploited. Players will be notified of material changes to active promotions within a reasonable time frame.
All games available on the ph711 platform are operated using certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently verified by accredited testing laboratories. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph711 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
ph711 reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated balances, and to report the matter to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities as appropriate.
ph711 may suspend or close a Player's account at any time without prior notice where: (a) ph711 suspects a breach of these Terms; (b) ph711 is required to do so under applicable law or PAGCOR direction; (c) the account shows indicators of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime; or (d) ph711 is unable to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
Players may close their ph711 account at any time by contacting customer support. All verified Real Money Funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering obligations on bonus funds. Accounts closed at the Player's request for responsible gaming reasons will be processed as a self-exclusion where appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ph711's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by ph711's negligence; or (c) any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
ph711 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable National Privacy Commission issuances. By registering a ph711 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw this consent at any time by closing your account, subject to ph711's obligation to retain certain data for regulatory compliance purposes, including anti-money-laundering record-keeping requirements.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or a Player's use of the ph711 platform, the Player shall first contact ph711's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. ph711 commits to acknowledging support escalations within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaints process. ph711 is bound by PAGCOR's determination of any regulatory matter within its jurisdiction. For matters outside PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Where an amendment materially affects Players' rights or obligations, ph711 will provide not less than seven (7) calendar days' notice via the email address or mobile number associated with the Player's account, or via a prominent notice on the platform, prior to the amendment taking effect.
Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions that do not change the substance of those provisions, or amendments required by law or regulatory direction — may take effect immediately upon publication. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the ph711 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.2.
